Motivation of Survey Employees in Construction Projects

This paper provides surveyors with a practical and concise explanation of the management concepts and techniques needed to motivate today’s survey employees in construction projects. It reviews key motivation concepts, and describes how to apply the theory into practice in accordance with the ISO 9001:2000 standard.
